1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of A New Start Biz ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Description

We provide turn-key IT setup solutions for startups and new businesses, including domain registration, email configuration, network and hardware setup, website design, cybersecurity fundamentals, and VoIP phone systems. Services are delivered through flat-rate bundles or custom quotes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is listed in USD. Flat-rate bundle prices are one-time fees unless otherwise noted. Recurring fees (e.g., monthly VoIP, cloud backup) are billed separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will apply to new requests only.

4. Service Delivery & Timeline

Digital launches (domain, email, cloud) typically complete within 24–48 hours of request confirmation. Physical office installs are scheduled within 3–5 business days. We will communicate estimated timelines at the point of sale.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, approve all configurations before go-live, and ensure you have authorization to register the requested domain name. Failure to provide required information may delay delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials provided by A New Start Biz are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
